Please read this policy before placing an order. By submitting a request, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be offered. Research materials are supplied on a per-order basis and cannot be restocked or resold once shipped.
Record the entire unboxing
We strongly recommend that you record the full process of opening your package from start to finish. Clearly show the sealed package, each item as it is removed, and all received labels, quantities, and vials.
Notate all received items
As you open your package, write down or verbally record every item you receive, including product names, sizes, and quantities. Cross-check them against your order request confirmation.
Missing items claims
Any complaint of missing or incorrect items must be supported by uninterrupted video evidence showing the package opening from start to finish. Claims submitted without complete video documentation cannot be honored. We are unable to process replacement or missing-item requests without a full unboxing recording. Thank you for your understanding.
